Laundromats and wash-and-fold

We know this kind of business. Iowa chains and single shops, wash-and-fold, 24-hour rooms. One location or five. The site has to say which shop, what is in it, and how to use it — not five maps stacked on a homepage.

Who it’s for

Owners with a room of machines, a pickup-and-delivery route, or a small chain. Iowa City, the Quad Cities, Des Moines, and shops outside Iowa that still need the same location-page job.

What’s usually broken

  • One page, five locations, no location URLs. Search cannot tell the shops apart.
  • Not mobile. You pinch-zoom a map.
  • No photos of the actual room. No machine list. No “how it works.”
  • Hours and drop-off buried.
  • Straight HTML nobody on staff can update — so the monthly free-wash event never makes it to the site.

Laundry is a location business. If “laundromat” plus the town is not on a page you own, a directory is speaking for you.
