What this is
A property site that can lease. Each unit is a page: name, beds/baths, size, monthly rent, photos, what is included, whether it is open. The tour request sits on the unit and on the property. Neighborhood copy is true — walkable Northside, downtown, campus — not a stock skyline.
The shape of the job is a site like Holub Apartments: historic Iowa City building, unit-by-unit listings, rent on the listing, request a tour, limited units, a place people actually want to live.
What sits there instead
A homepage, three photos of an empty room, and a phone number. Rent hidden until you call. No unit pages, so search and AI have nothing to cite. Duplicate sites from an old manager. A listing that lives only on a national portal — until the contract ends and the leads go with it.
